Support Academic Scholarships

Marshy Point offers one or more scholarships (each year) to students who are pursuing an education in environmental sciences or nature education. Applicants must be Baltimore County high school, college-bound seniors or undergraduate college students. Help increases the scholarship amount(s).

Support Summer Camp Scholarships

In addition to regular programs, Marshy Point offers a variety of fun, affordable summer camps for kids ages 4 to 12. Help kids in need afford camp.

Marshy Point Nature Center is part of the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks. Baltimore County helps maintain Marshy Point’s main building, and pays the naturalists who work at the center. The naturalists work with the Marshy Point Nature Center Council to organize programs, exhibits, and supplies at the Nature Center.

The Marshy Point Nature Center Council is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Please retain a copy of your donation receipt, and consult your tax professional to take full advantage of this benefit.
